Keuta's Return Policy – Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Keuta, we aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Our return policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or manufactured. If you cancel your order at this stage, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, if the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns – What You Need to Know
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Please contact our customer service to ensure your return is sent to the correct address.

Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to consumer reasons (such as a change of mind, intentional damage, etc.), the shipping costs are borne by the consumer. The exact cost depends on the courier company you choose.

Customs and Duties
In some regions, if a recipient refuses to clear customs and duties resulting in the loss or destruction of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If the goods are returned successfully, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Return Window
You can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
